SOVEREIGN. Request access

A governed command center for you and your agents · founding cohort open

One system. Yours.

Your AI should challenge what you think you know, not applaud you for thinking it. Sovereign is the governed room your agent fleet reports to: every dispatch gated, every trace auditable, every dollar visible, with your money, learning, and knowledge running on the same substrate.

Read from the live system, not a pitch deck. Agent metrics grounded 2026-07-02 across 143 sessions and 40.7M tokens; system counts grounded 2026-07-01. Updated with each snapshot, never invented.

The primary surface

The Command Center. Every agent, one room.

Sovereign's primary surface is a boardroom: your fleet's trace stream, the task queue with dispatch controls, deploy and repo state, cost, and alerts, rendered in one governed room with an AI presence that briefs you and pushes back. Shipped as boardroom v1, not concept art.

Styled rendering of the live boardroom surface, representative data. Trace stream, dispatch controls, deploy and repo state, costs, and the noticing layer in one room.

The problem

You are the integration layer and the audit layer.

You run agents against real repos, real deploys, real money. The execution tools solved speed and skipped governance: nothing separates the mind that writes from the mind that approves, nothing shows you what a session cost until the bill, and nothing pushes back on your plan. So you stitch the telemetry together yourself and hope you catch the drift before production does.

Sovereign is the governed room your fleet reports to. And because the substrate does not care whether the domain is a deploy or a dollar, the same room runs the rest of your life: money, learning, and knowledge, one system you own.

Finance

Every dollar mapped to a purpose

Income, expenses, and net worth tracked because wealth is infrastructure: the mechanism that buys back hours for the work that matters. Not the destination. The tool.

Study

Proof you learned, not proof you showed up

Sessions modeled on the Oxford tutorial method. Log what you read, write to articulate your understanding, and track over time how well you could put it into words.

Knowledge

Entries are not saved. They are challenged.

The anti-sycophancy framework flags weak reasoning, asks for evidence, and forces counterarguments onto the record before anything gets marked as known.

The observation layer

A system that notices.

Ten trigger primitives watch the whole system: streaks, thresholds, anomalies, correlations, silences. When something is worth saying, it appears quietly on the page where it matters, in a fixed register: observational, lowercase, never nagging.

Sample output, in the product's own voice. Dismiss anything; the system takes the hint.

Governed AI agents

You don't trust the AI. You verify it.

When Sovereign uses AI on your behalf, nothing runs loose. Every agent operation is sandboxed behind quality gates, reviewed by a critic that is never the author (the mind that writes cannot be the mind that approves), and trace-chained end to end, so you can see exactly what happened, what was challenged, and what passed. Constraints are enforced in middleware before execution, not discovered in an audit afterward.

An emotion, which is a passion, ceases to be a passion, as soon as we form a clear and distinct idea thereof.

The oldest statement of the product thesis: to notice is already to intervene.

Your data

One file. Every device. Yours.

Behind your account is one SQLite file containing your entire system. Download it, back it up, inspect it, query it, or move it to your own server at any time; the whole application self-hosts if you want full control.

Your data will never be sold, period. No lock-in. No extraction. And the promise is enforced by the architecture rather than a policy page: because the whole system lives in one portable file you can take anywhere, your data never becomes someone else's product, since you can walk out the door with it the day that changes.

On the roadmap

What's coming

In build

Insight Engine

The noticing layer at full depth: ten trigger primitives across roughly 500 entities in your system, surfacing observations on the pages where they matter and learning from what you dismiss.

Specced

API + Discord bridge

A scoped, auditable HTTP surface and a Discord companion, so the system can meet you where you already are without loosening a single gate.

Applications open

Built by Milan, a Navy submarine veteran and cloud engineer. Every agent session traced and auditable. Every commit through the full gate. The engineering is real. So is the rigor.
